You will be responsible for executing maintenance tasks for all production equipment and construction/assembly of production machines or mechanisms. You will, also, be involved in machinery improvements implementation, to maximize equipment efficiency and product quality.\nMain Responsibilities/Tasks\nExecute product changeovers to provide the necessary flexibility in production schedule\nPerform machine adjustments and settings to maintain operational efficiency\nPerform basic preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on machinery to ensure production volumes at the desired quality\nConsistently conduct troubleshooting and repair of down equipment to root cause of failure in a timely and efficient manner\nCooperates with other departments to secure the continuous and effective operation of the production equipment\nAnalyze problem process constraints and propose methods and solutions for the minimization or elimination of them\nInitiate continuous improvement activities and be member of cross functional teams to improve productivity and yield enhancement\nArranging and controlling special maintenance fixtures, fittings, or components\nPlans the required resources (parts or/and other maintenance staff) to restore the breakdowns of the production machines at the shortest possible time\nComply with health, safety and environmental rules in accordance with company's policy and prescribed procedures\nQualifications\nTechnical school or Technical Institute Degree in Mechanical discipline\nCertified with minimum Maintenance Mechanical Technician license\n2 years of working experience in a similar position, preferably in industrial field\nAdequate knowledge of English language (both written and verbal)\nPC literacy (i.e., MS Office, Windchill)\nAble to work in shifts\nPreferred qualifications\nBasic automation systems knowledge (pneumatic, hydraulics, etc.)\nPrior experience in machine assembly, installation, and commissioning\nPrior experience in machine tools such as lathe machine, milling machine or surface gridding machine\nKnowledge on Maintenance monitoring software such as COSWIN\nOther skills\nProblem-solving\nTeamwork\nDrive for results\nAttention to detail\nCommunication skills\nBIC World is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
