  • Lead the creative development of retail experiences including point of sale, window displays, promotional materials, event collateral and retail graphics to maximise product visibility and consumer engagement.
  • Partner with Product Development and Commercial teams to develop structural packaging solutions, secondary packaging, retail displays and promotional glorifiers that enhance storytelling and strengthen shelf presence.
  • Ensure all physical touchpoints create a seamless and premium consumer experience across retail, wholesale and owned channels.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Establish and maintain global packaging and artwork standards, ensuring consistency across all product categories and international markets.
  • Mentor and develop designers across the creative team, providing technical guidance, creative feedback and packaging expertise while helping raise overall creative standards.
