As an Industrial Automation and Electrical Engineer your role will be to participate and contribute in the Research, Development and Construction of Industrial Automation Systems for Machines & Industrial Technologies required for BIC Products Industrialization, Production Lines Extension and Improvement of Existing Production Machines.
In this role you will:
- Contribute to control system design and programming for new machinery
- Participate in machine debugging, testing, and commissioning
- Support continuous improvement of existing production equipment
- Support Industry 4.0 & IIoT projects and digital manufacturing initiatives
- Assist in industrial automation research and technical investigations
What you'll bring to BIC:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering in Industrial Automation field (Valid Electrical
- Engineer License (Presidential Decree 108/2013))
- 3 years of experience in industrial automation is desirable
- Strong English communication skills
- Technical Skills
- Industrial control systems (knowledge of Allen Bradley/Rockwell hardware platforms will be
- considered a plus)
- Industrial networks (Ethernet/IP)
- PLC programming (good knowledge of standard IEC 61131-3 logic formats preferably ladder)
- Robotics, Vision systems programming will be considered a plus
