This role supports enterprise networking, data center operations, infrastructure performance, and IT security initiatives across multiple regions and facilities.\nThe individual will collaborate closely with internal IT teams, business stakeholders, managed service providers, and external vendors to ensure reliable, scalable, and secure infrastructure services that support critical business operations. Success in this role requires strong technical expertise, analytical problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to proactively identify and resolve infrastructure issues in complex global environments.\nThis position plays an important role in supporting infrastructure modernization, business continuity, operational excellence, and enterprise security while contributing to the continuous improvement of BIC’s global technology landscape.\nPrimary Objectives\nDesign, maintain, and optimize global network and infrastructure environments to ensure high availability and performance.\nSupport enterprise-wide networking, data center, and infrastructure initiatives across global facilities.\nTroubleshoot and remediate complex networking and infrastructure issues to minimize operational disruption.\nStrengthen infrastructure security, resilience, and operational reliability.\nCollaborate with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders to deliver stable and scalable infrastructure solutions.\nContribute to infrastructure strategy, standards, operational governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nSupport business continuity, disaster recovery, and infrastructure modernization efforts.\nKey Responsibilities\nNetwork and Infrastructure Operations\nDesign, configure, implement, maintain, and optimize enterprise networking and infrastructure solutions across global environments.\nSupport network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, wireless environments, VPNs, LAN/WAN technologies, and SAN solutions.\nMonitor network and infrastructure performance to proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and service improvement opportunities.\nMaintain system stability, availability, and operational performance for mission-critical infrastructure services.\nParticipate in infrastructure deployments, upgrades, migrations, and expansion projects for existing and new facilities.\nTroubleshooting and Incident Resolution\nTroubleshoot complex networking, connectivity, server, and infrastructure-related issues across multiple sites and regions.\nConduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to reduce recurring incidents and improve reliability.\nCollaborate with senior engineers, vendors, and cross-functional teams to resolve critical technical problems.\nSupport escalation management and participate in major incident response activities.\nDocument technical issues, remediation actions, and operational procedures.\nIT Security and Infrastructure Protection\nSupport enterprise security operations including firewall administration, VPN management, endpoint protection, and identity management.\nParticipate in remediation efforts related to vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, security audits, and compliance initiatives.\nAssist with backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning activities.\nHelp maintain secure network configurations and infrastructure standards aligned with enterprise security requirements.\nInfrastructure Strategy and Continuous Improvement\nContribute to the development of networking and infrastructure standards, roadmaps, procedures, and operational best practices.\nProvide technical input into infrastructure planning, budgeting, vendor evaluations, and project timelines.\nRecommend improvements to enhance infrastructure scalability, performance, resilience, and operational efficiency.\nStay current with emerging technologies, infrastructure trends, and industry best practices.\nCollaboration and Knowledge Sharing\nCollaborate with internal IT teams, business stakeholders, managed service providers, and external consultants.\nSupport mentoring, knowledge transfer, and technical guidance activities within the infrastructure team.\nAssist with cross-functional initiatives that support enterprise technology transformation and operational excellence.\nSuccess Measures\nGlobal network and infrastructure services maintain high levels of uptime, reliability, and performance.\nInfrastructure incidents and outages are resolved efficiently with minimal business disruption.\nSecurity vulnerabilities and operational risks are identified and mitigated proactively.\nInfrastructure projects and upgrades are delivered successfully and aligned with operational standards.\nMonitoring, documentation, and operational processes support efficient and scalable infrastructure management.\nBusiness continuity and disaster recovery capabilities remain effective and continuously improved.\nStrong collaboration is maintained across internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline or equivalent hands-on technical experience.\nMinimum 5 years of experience in enterprise networking and infrastructure management.\nStrong knowledge of Cisco networking technologies including routers, switches, IOS, and Nexus platforms.\nExperience with Palo Alto firewalls, VPN technologies, LAN/WAN environments, wireless networking, and SAN solutions.\nExperience supporting VMware virtualization environments and data center infrastructure technologies.\nStrong understanding of IT security principles including endpoint protection, authentication, backup and recovery, and disaster recovery.\nProven ability to
