You will develop and optimize backend processes, database solutions, and data flows to ensure the reliability and performance of our Supply Chain Planning systems.\nWorking closely with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Product Owners, and IT teams globally, you will translate business requirements into effective technical solutions, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our planning applications.\nThis position is ideal for a technically skilled developer who enjoys solving complex problems and working with enterprise applications, databases, and Supply Chain systems.\nYour Mission\nAs a Supply Chain Planning Systems Developer, your primary responsibility will be to develop, maintain, and support the technical components of our Blue Yonder planning platform.\nYou will contribute throughout the solution lifecycle, from technical analysis and development to testing, deployment, and production support.\nYour focus will be on delivering reliable, efficient, and scalable technical solutions that support critical Supply Chain Planning processes and ensure effective data exchange with other enterprise systems.\nKey Responsibilities\nBlue Yonder Development and Maintenance\nDevelop, maintain, and optimize backend components within the Blue Yonder platform.\nDesign and improve data processing workflows supporting Supply Chain planning activities inside Blue Yonder.\nDevelop and maintain database objects, stored procedures, and automation scripts.\nImplement technical enhancements based on business requirements.\nContribute to development standards, best practices, and technical governance.\nIntegration and Interface Management\nDefine integration patterns (specifications) between Blue Yonder and ERP systems conjointly with Integration team.\nEnsure seamless data exchange between enterprise applications.\nMaintain data quality, consistency, and integrity across systems.\nParticipate in the design and evolution of integration architectures.\nInvestigate and resolve data flow and interface-related issues.\nProduction Support and Incident Resolution\nProvide expert-level support for production incidents.\nTroubleshoot application, database, and integration issues.\nConduct root cause analyses and implement sustainable solutions.\nDefine and execute corrective and preventive actions.\nSupport critical business processes and ensure system availability.\nProject Delivery\nWork closely with Business Analysts to understand functional requirements.\nTranslate business needs into robust technical solutions.\nParticipate in solution design workshops and technical reviews.\nContribute to testing, validation, and deployment activities.\nSupport release management and production rollouts.\nDocumentation and Continuous Improvement\nMaintain technical documentation and solution knowledge repositories.\nIdentify opportunities for optimization and automation.\nPromote development and operational best practices.\nSupport knowledge sharing and technical mentoring within the team.\nTechnical Environment\nYou will work within a modern enterprise ecosystem combining Supply Chain planning solutions with corporate business applications.\nPlanning Solutions\nBlue Yonder / JDA\nSCPO (Supply Chain Planning & Optimization)\nSupply Chain Planning platforms\nDatabase Technologies\nOracle Database\nSQL\nPL/SQL\nIntegration Concepts (basic knowledge required)\nAPIs\nWeb Services\nMiddleware Solutions\nScheduler\nERP knowledge (JDE as a plus)\nCandidate Profile\nWe are looking for a highly motivated professional with strong technical expertise and a solid understanding of enterprise application environments.\nExperience\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in backend development and/or application integration.\nExperience supporting complex business-critical systems.\nProven track record in production support and troubleshooting.\nExperience working in international and cross-functional environments.\nRequired Technical Skills\nStrong SQL and relational database expertise.\nExperience with backend application development.\nBasic understanding (concepts) of enterprise integrations and data flows.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.\nAbility to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.\nExperience with software development lifecycle and deployment practices.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Blue Yonder / JDA solutions.
