At BIC World, you are empowered to take ownership of your career and use your unique perspective to make a meaningful, global impact on our mission.\nJOB DESCRIPTION\nAs part of the End-to-End Supply Planning Europe Stationery team, the End-to-End Supply Planner manages the production from BIC Plants as well as the co-packing activity and the distribution planning to European markets (10 warehouses to deliver according to customer demand in 25 countries) and export.\nPRODUCTION PLANNING\nWork closely with regions to consolidate the demand / purchase signals, to understand mid-long term business trends and evolutions.\nBuild and align with the factory on the weekly production plan (short term). Monitor the accomplishment of the plan and challenge the factory when necessary.\nPrepare supply review meeting: define the optimal medium-long term production plan in order to balance inventory and to mitigate shortages, taking into consideration factory constraints and business expectations such as machines bottlenecks or summer closures.\nDrive the monthly supply review meeting (IBP) to validate the optimal medium-long term production plan.\nEnsure the optimal management of the life cycle of references by participating in projects related to the launch and the discontinuity of products.\nDEPLOYMENT & COPACKING \nProcess shipments from factories to hubs\nLaunch weekly co-packing work orders according to various constraints such as component availability, promotion anticipation or load at the co-packing centers.\nManage weekly distribution from the 2 European hubs to the 8 local European distribution centers and export.\nINVENTORY, PERFORMANCE & ANALYSIS\nPrepare IBP Europe monthly meeting by building mid & long-term supply constraints and associated scenarios.\nEnsure smooth and timely communication on short-term constraints with STPA, Customer Service, Demand Planning, Logistics teams and other regions to maximize service level (OTIF) & limit out-of-stock impact.\nOptimize bulk & finished goods inventory levels in all European warehouses and define action plans for overstock reduction such as unpacking of co-packed item or stock rebalancing.\nLeverage planning tools parameters such as safety stock, lead times or supply frequency to adapt to supply chain constraints.\nFollow and monitor production adherence from factory. Lead or participate in various projects such as change of sourcing, transfer of lines, MOQ optimization.\nLead or participate to IT enhancements of the planning tools (Blue Yonder, Anaplan) & the ERP (JDE)\nShare good practices with other regions.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nYou have a master’s in supply chain or related field.\nYou have 2+ years of experience within demand or supply planning function within a fast-paced environment, familiar with S&OP / IBP processes and planning tools.\nYou are fluent in English.\nYou have experience with interacting in a complex, cross-functional, matrix and multicultural environment.\nYou have demonstrated strong analytical skills and are comfortable in managing lots of data from multiple sources.\nYou’d describe yourself as reliable, curious, proactive, problem solver. Detail oriented as well as with a strategic view.\nYou are a team player with a high customer focus.\nYou have great communication skills that allow you to collaborate, educate and influence people from different backgrounds.\nYour previous experience in FMCG will be a plus.\nBIC World is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
