If awarded, the anticipated start date is December 2, 2026.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead mobile application development activities for iOS and Android platforms.\nDesign, develop, maintain, and improve mobile application functionality.\nImplement secure authentication and application integration solutions.\nWork with APIs and data formats, including JSON and XML.\nApply accessibility standards to ensure applications meet Section 508 and WCAG 2.1 AA requirements.\nCoordinate with team members on technical requirements, application performance, and delivery milestones.\nSupport testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance activities.\nDocument technical processes and development deliverables.\nQualifications\n5+ years of mobile application development experience.\nDemonstrated experience shipping a cross-platform application to both the Apple App Store and Google Play.\nExperience with React Native, Flutter, or native development using Swift and Kotlin.\nKnowledge of Section 508 and WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility requirements.\nExperience with OAuth, OIDC, SAML, and multi-factor authentication.\nExperience integrating APIs using JSON and XML.\nStrong problem-solving and technical communication skills.\nAbility to work independently and collaborate with a remote team.\nWorking Conditions\nRemote (U.S.), with occasional on-site attendance in Bethesda, Maryland.\nMust maintain sufficient overlap with Eastern Time business hours.\nMinimal travel expected.\nMust be authorized to work in the United States and able to complete a federal background investigation and suitability determination.\nWritten documentation must meet applicable Section 508 accessibility requirements.\nHow to Apply\nApply through this posting with a current resume.
