Including application customizations and integrations with third-party software. This role provides functional and technical support in collaboration with the Salesforce Health Cloud Administrator, supports system interfaces and data integration, monitors critical workflows, resolves or escalates issues, and helps design and implement new business processes within required configurations. This position works in a standard office environment and involves extensive computer work and prolonged sitting.
