The position is based in Bandung, Indonesia.\nResponsibilities\nCreate, maintain, and update item, supplier, product, and procurement-related master data in Microsoft Dynamics 365.\nSupport the setup of new products, spare parts, service parts, and purchased materials while ensuring data accuracy and consistency.\nSupport purchasing activities, including purchase order creation, supplier follow-up, delivery tracking, and supplier onboarding.\nAssist with RFQs, quotation comparisons, purchasing documentation, and indirect procurement activities.\nPrepare operational reports and KPI analyses and support inventory and transaction accuracy in ERP systems.\nMaintain operational and compliance-related documentation and support audits, data quality reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nProvide administrative and coordination support across Operations and collaborate with Procurement, Finance, R&D, Product Management, and other functions.\nQualifications\nDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.\nFirst experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Administration, or Master Data Management, ideally within a manufacturing or supply chain environment.\nExperience working with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365, and strong Microsoft Excel skills.\nExperience with master data maintenance and/or purchasing activities is an advantage.\nStrong attention to detail with a structured, accurate, and process-oriented approach to work.\nExcellent organizational skills and the ability to manage different tasks and priorities reliably.\nGood communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and international teams.\nProfessional proficiency in English; Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.\nWhat we offer\nJoining DISPENDIX means being part of something big and shaping the future of medicine.
