We are actively seeking to hire highly skilled professionals to meet our growing demand and join our expanding team(s).\nWe currently have an opening for Facility Cleaner in our Dyco Electronics facility, located in Hornell, NY. This position plays a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and general sanitation of the facility to support safe and efficient operations.\nThe ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high housekeeping and sanitation standards.\nPart time 24 hours per week\nDetails of the Role:\nThe position of Facility Cleaner is responsible for routine cleaning, sanitation, and upkeep of office areas, restrooms, breakrooms, hallways, production areas, and other facility spaces. During the course of a standard workday, you will be expected to perform scheduled cleaning duties, support special projects, and maintain a clean, safe environment for employees and visitors.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nPerform daily cleaning of restrooms, including sanitizing fixtures, countertops, mirrors, and replenishing supplies.\nClean and maintain breakrooms, cafeterias, and common areas.\nSweep, mop, vacuum, and dust office and facility spaces as assigned.\nEmpty trash and recycling containers and transport waste to designated collection areas.\nMaintain cleanliness of production support areas (non-technical cleaning only).\nClean glass surfaces, entryways, and high-touch areas throughout the facility.\nAssist with light outdoor cleaning tasks such as clearing walkways or cleaning entry areas (site-dependent).\nNotify supervisor of any cleaning supply shortages, safety hazards, or facility maintenance needs.\nFollow established schedules and cleaning checklists to ensure consistent coverage.\nSupport special cleaning projects, seasonal deep cleaning, or event-related cleaning as needed.\nAdhere to all company safety rules and use cleaning chemicals and equipment according to instructions.\nPerform other cleaning or sanitation duties as assigned.\nQualifying Attributes and Skills:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.\nPrior custodial, janitorial, housekeeping, or cleaning experience is helpful but not required.\nAbility to follow verbal and written instructions and cleaning procedures.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to work independently.\nDependable, punctual, and committed to cleanliness and safety.\nAbility to maintain confidentiality and conduct oneself professionally in all facility areas.\nPhysical Requirements:\nAbility to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday.\nAbility to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance.\nAbility to use cleaning tools and equipment such as mops, vacuums, carts, and cleaning chemicals safely.\nAbility to work in various facility areas including office, production support, and common spaces.\niNRCORE and its affiliated entities are an equal opportunity employer with a full suite of benefits offered to full-time employees.\nExcellent earning potential with qualifying annual bonuses\nHealth, Dental, and Vision Benefits \nElective Flexible Spending and Dependent Care Accounts\nCompany paid and elective buy-up Life & AD&D Insurance \nCompany paid Short-Term Disability and Elective Long-Term Disability\nElective Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity, and Supplemental Accident Coverage Benefits\n401(k) Retirement Savings Plan with qualifying Company match\nCompany paid mental health and Employee Assistance Program (EAP)\nPaid Holidays and generous paid time off (PTO)\nEmployee Discount Program (LifeMart via ADP)\nTuition Reimbursement for qualifying degrees and certification programs.\niNRCORE, LLC and its affiliated entities is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
