We are actively seeking to hire highly skilled professionals to meet our growing demand and join our expanding team(s).\nWe currently have an opening for Facilities Technician in our RCD facility, located in Manchester, NH. This mid-level role performs skilled general building maintenance, coordinates external vendors as needed, and supports facility operations to ensure the building remains safe, compliant, and functional.\nThe ideal candidate has experience performing building maintenance tasks and is capable of working independently.\nDetails of the Role:\nThe Facilities Technician performs routine and preventive building maintenance, helps maintain facility infrastructure, coordinates vendor activities when required, and supports facility-related safety programs.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nPerform general building maintenance, including light carpentry, minor electrical work, light plumbing, and basic repairs.\nConduct routine inspections of facility systems such as lighting, HVAC filters, restrooms, breakrooms, and emergency equipment.\nCoordinate outside vendors or contractors for facility-related repairs or services when required.\nSupport minor facility projects, office moves, workstation setups, and space rearrangements.\nAssist with maintaining facility systems such as doors, locks, signage, and common-area equipment.\nPerform light groundskeeping tasks as needed (site-dependent).\nAssist with maintaining inspection logs, facility documentation, and compliance records.\nMonitor cleanliness of facility areas and coordinate with cleaning staff or vendors as needed.\nSupport Safety/EHS with emergency preparedness, fire safety equipment checks, and facility walk-throughs.\nIdentify facility improvement opportunities and report issues to Facilities leadership.\nPerform other facility-related tasks as assigned.\nQualifying Attributes and Skills:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred.\n2-4 years of experience in general building or facility maintenance.\nBasic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or carpentry tasks.\nAbility to coordinate and work with outside contractors or service providers.\nStrong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.\nAbility to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.\nPhysical Requirements:\nAbility to lift up to 40 pounds.\nAbility to stand, walk, bend, climb, kneel, or work in tight areas depending on task.\nAbility to work around cleaning agents and basic maintenance tools.\niNRCORE and its affiliated entities are an equal opportunity employer with a full suite of benefits offered to full-time employees.\nExcellent earning potential with qualifying annual bonuses\nHealth, Dental, and Vision Benefits \nElective Flexible Spending and Dependent Care Accounts\nCompany paid and elective buy-up Life & AD&D Insurance \nCompany paid Short-Term Disability and Elective Long-Term Disability\nElective Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity, and Supplemental Accident Coverage Benefits\n401(k) Retirement Savings Plan with qualifying Company match\nCompany paid mental health and Employee Assistance Program (EAP)\nPaid Holidays and generous paid time off (PTO)\nEmployee Discount Program (LifeMart via ADP)\nTuition Reimbursement for qualifying degrees and certification programs.\niNRCORE, LLC and its affiliated entities is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
