We are actively seeking to hire highly skilled professionals to meet our growing demand and join our expanding teams.\nWe currently have an opening for a Materials Coordinator in our TTE facility, located in Beltsville, MD. This position is critical to the success of the organization and supports the efficient flow of materials through shipping, receiving, inventory control, material planning, and scheduling coordination activities. The Materials Coordinator works closely with Operations, Production, Purchasing, and Planning teams to ensure materials are received, stored, tracked, and available to meet production schedules and customer delivery requirements. This role reports directly to the Plant Supervisor.\nThe ideal candidate for this position should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities within a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will possess strong inventory and material handling knowledge, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and work effectively across departments to support operational objectives.\nDetails of the Role\nThe Materials Coordinator is responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, moving, and shipping materials while maintaining accurate inventory records. This position supports production scheduling activities by ensuring materials are available when needed and works closely with Purchasing to manage inventory levels and material requirements. Daily activities include processing incoming and outgoing shipments, performing inventory transactions and cycle counts, maintaining material traceability, coordinating material movement throughout the facility, and assisting with planning efforts to support customer and production demands.\nDuties and Responsibilities\nReceive, inspect, verify, and process incoming materials, components, and supplies.\nPackage, prepare, and process outbound shipments in accordance with customer and company requirements.\nGenerate and maintain shipping and receiving documentation, including packing slips, bills of lading, and carrier records.\nPerform inventory transactions and maintain accurate inventory records within the ERP system.\nConduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventory activities.\nMonitor inventory levels and communicate shortages, discrepancies, or replenishment needs.\nCoordinate the movement of raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods throughout the facility.\nSupport production scheduling activities by ensuring material availability and timely movement of inventory.\nWork closely with Purchasing regarding material requirements, supplier deliveries, and inventory concerns.\nInvestigate and resolve inventory, shipping, and receiving discrepancies.\nMaintain organized inventory locations and material identification systems.\nOperate material handling equipment as required and authorized.\nEnsure compliance with company quality standards, inventory procedures, and safety requirements.\nParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory control and material flow.\nPerform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.\nQualifying Attributes and Skills\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or related coursework preferred.\nMinimum of 2 years of experience in shipping, receiving, inventory control, warehouse operations, materials coordination, or manufacturing support.\nExperience working within a manufacturing environment preferred.\nWorking knowledge of inventory control principles and material management processes.\nExperience with ERP/MRP systems and inventory transaction processing preferred.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications.\nStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nExcellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively across departments.\nAbility to safely operate warehouse and material handling equipment, including forklifts, when certified.\nCommitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the workday.\nAbility to regularly lift and move materials up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.\nAbility to work in a manufacturing and warehouse environment.\nBenefits\niNRCORE and its affiliated entities are an equal opportunity employer with a full suite of benefits offered to full-time employees.\nExcellent earning potential with qualifying annual bonuses.\nHealth, Dental, and Vision Benefits.\nElective Flexible Spending and Dependent Care Accounts.\nCompany paid and elective buy-up Life & AD&D Insurance.\nCompany paid Short-Term Disability and Elective Long-Term Disability.\nElective Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity, and Supplemental Accident Coverage Benefits.\n401(k) Retirement Savings Plan with qualifying Company match.\nCompany paid mental health and Employee Assistance Program (EAP).\nPaid Holidays and generous paid time off (PTO).\nEmployee Discount Program (LifeMart via ADP).\nTuition Reimbursement for qualifying degrees and certification programs.\niNRCORE, LLC and its affiliated entities are Equal Opportunity Employers.
