Our talented staff is what makes this all possible.\nWe currently have an opening for Production Lead in our iNRCORE, located in Bristol, PA. This position is critical to the success of our production operations and will be responsible for coordinating workflow, supporting the production team, and ensuring consistent output and quality. The ideal candidate is highly skilled, dependable, and capable of providing day-to-day leadership while performing hands-on assembly or machine operation tasks.\nDetails of the Role:\nThe Production Lead will perform advanced assembly or machine operation work while providing guidance, training, and workflow coordination for production staff. This role acts as the first point of support on the production floor for questions, task assignments, troubleshooting, and process clarification. The Production Lead plays a key role in maintaining schedule adherence, quality compliance, and efficient production flow.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nStrong data analysis ability to review and verify correctness of the data \n· Ensure all test equipment has up to date calibration. \n· Trouble shoot failures and relay possible solutions to the Production Supervisor or Engineering \n· Test for the following (but not limited to): Voltech, D.C. Resistance, Inductance, Insulation resistance measurement \n· Set up tests for test technicians and verify tests have been completed correctly and results meet required criteria \n· Maintain fixtures and golden samples for current and new product. \n· Troubleshoot and repair test fixtures as needed. \n· Solid computer skills especially in the use of Microsoft Excel and an understand and access to SAP documentation.\n· Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills, assist engineering in the development of test programs for manufacturing. \n· Develop a strategy the team will use to reach its goals. \n· Provide training on iNRCORE manufacturing and test methods, Workmanship Standards and Documentation practices \n· Maintain a professional work ethic, clean work area and safe work practices. \n· Perform other duties as outlined by direct supervisor.\nQualifying Attributes and Skills:\nTwo-year technical degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field preferred.\nMinimum of five (5) years of experience in testing and troubleshooting processes, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\nExperience using electronic test equipment such as network analyzers, LCR/LCZ bridges, multimeters, oscilloscopes, and similar testing instrumentation.\nBasic understanding of analog circuits, test procedures, and manufacturing test processes.\nProficiency in the use of analog and electronic test equipment, including network analyzers and oscilloscopes.\nStrong data analysis skills with the ability to review, interpret, and verify the accuracy of test data and results.\nStrong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and manufacturing documentation systems.\nStrong technical writing and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to troubleshoot product failures, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.\nAbility to set up, verify, and support production testing activities to meet manufacturing schedules and quality requirements.\nDemonstrated ability to train, mentor, and support test technicians on testing methods, workmanship standards, and documentation practices.\nStrong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.\nAbility to work independently while effectively collaborating with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams.\nCommitment to maintaining a professional work ethic, safe work practices, and a clean, organized work environment.\n\nPhysical & Work Environment Requirements:\nAbility to sit or stand for extended periods. \nAbility to lift upto40 lbs.\nAbility to work in a production environment with machinery, small components, solder, epoxy, and test equipment. \nFLSA Status: Non-Exempt\niNRCORE and its affiliated entities are an Equal Opportunity Employer with a full suite of benefits offered to full-time employees.\nExcellent earning potential with qualifying annual bonuses \nHealth, Dental, and Vision Benefits \nElective Flexible Spending and Dependent Care Accounts \nCompany paid and elective buy-up Life & AD&D Insurance \nCompany paid Short-Term Disability and Elective Long-Term Disability \nElective Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity, and Supplemental Accident Coverage Benefits \n401(k) Retirement Savings Plan with qualifying Company match \nCompany paid mental health and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) \nPaid Holidays and generous paid time off (PTO) \nEmployee Discount Program (LifeMartvia ADP)\nTuition Reimbursement for qualifying degrees and certification programs \niNRCORE, LLC and its affiliated entities is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
