Our talented staff is what makes this all possible.\nWe currently have an opening for Production Supervisor in our TTE Faciality, located in Beltsville, MD. This position is critical to the success of manufacturing operations and is responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets are met. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with manufacturing experience who can manage teams, drive accountability, and support continuous improvement efforts.\nDetails of the Role:\nThe position of Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations for a designated production area, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals are consistently met. This role manages staffing, workflow, training, and performance while coordinating closely with Engineering, Quality, Materials, and leadership teams. The Production Supervisor is not primarily a hands-on production role but may assist during critical issues, training, or workflow bottlenecks.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nOversee daily production operations to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards. \nAssign work, balance labor across production lines, and ensure production schedules are met. \nMonitor employee performance, provide coaching, feedback, and support development. \nEnsure accuracy of documentation including travelers, work instructions, quality records, and system entries.\nConduct daily floor walks to monitor workflow, identify constraints, and ensure standard compliance. \nPartner with Quality and Engineering to resolve nonconformances, process deviations, and corrective actions. \nSupport continuous improvement initiatives including Lean manufacturing, 5S, and waste reduction efforts. \nManage attendance, timekeeping, and basic administrative responsibilities for the team. \nLead daily production meetings and communicate priorities, updates, and operational changes. \nEnsure employees are properly trained and qualified for assigned tasks.\nProvide hands-on support only when needed to resolve issues or stabilize production flow. \nQualifying Attributes and Skills:\nMinimum 4+ years of experience in manufacturing or production operations.\nPrior leadership experience or demonstrated readiness for a supervisory role. \nStrong understanding of production processes, equipment, and quality standards. \nPreferred Qualifications:\nPrevious experience supervising manufacturing teams. \nIPC certification or Lean/technical training certifications. \nKnowledge / Skills / Abilities:\nStrong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. \nStrong problem-solving, root-cause analysis, and conflict resolution skills. \nAbility to coach, motivate, and develop employees effectively. \nPhysical Requirements:\nFrequent walking and standing on the production floor. \nAbility to lift upto 30-40 lbsoccasionally. \nAbility to work around machinery, solder, epoxy, chemicals, and electrical test equipment. \nFLSA Status: Exempt\niNRCORE and its affiliated entities are an equal opportunity employer with a full suite of benefits offered to full-time employees.\nExcellent earning potential with qualifying annual bonuses \nHealth, Dental, and Vision Benefits \nElective Flexible Spending and Dependent Care Accounts \nCompany paid and elective buy-up Life & AD&D Insurance \nCompany paid Short-Term Disability and Elective Long-Term Disability \nElective Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity, and Supplemental Accident Coverage Benefits \n401(k) Retirement Savings Plan with qualifying Company match \nCompany paid mental health and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) \nPaid Holidays and generous paid time off (PTO) \nEmployee Discount Program (LifeMart via ADP)\nTuition Reimbursement for qualifying degrees and certification programs \niNRCORE, LLC and its affiliated entities is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
