This role will play a critical part in ensuring the efficient execution of daily settlement activities, accurate reconciliation of accounts, and maintenance of financial records. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting payment processing with third-party providers, responding to customer cases, and preparing transaction remittances.\nKey Responsibilities:\nMonitor and process client deposits and withdrawals in a timely and accurate manner.\nFollow up on pending, delayed, rejected, or failed settlement transactions with internal teams and external PSPs.\nPerform daily reconciliation across CRM records, PSP portals, bank statements, digital wallet platforms, and internal settlement reports.\nTrack PSP balances and escalate any potential funding shortages or abnormal balance movements.\nSupport settlement execution across multiple payment methods, including fiat, e-wallets, bank transfers, local payment channels, and digital payment methods.\nIdentify transaction discrepancies, investigate root causes, and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues.\nCommunicate with PSPs, banks, internal operations, finance, compliance, and customer support teams when required.\nMaintain accurate settlement records, reports, and supporting documentation.\nAssist with PSP onboarding, testing, transaction monitoring, and operational workflow improvement.\nSupport weekend, public holiday, and extended-hour coverage based on roster requirements.\nEscalate high-risk or abnormal settlement cases according to internal SOPs.\nEnsure all settlement activities are handled with accuracy, confidentiality, and proper risk control.\nRequirements\nAt least 1 year of relevant experience in settlement operations, payment operations, finance operations, banking operations, PSP operations, or a similar role.\nExperience in handling deposits, withdrawals, reconciliation, payment channels, or client fund operations is preferred.\nStrong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when handling transaction data and financial records.\nGood sense of responsibility, accountability, and risk awareness, especially when dealing with client funds.\nAble to work under pressure and respond quickly to urgent settlement issues.\nWilling to support shift work, extended-hour coverage, weekends, and public holidays when required.\nGood communication skills and ability to coordinate with internal teams and external payment partners.\nBasic Excel or Google Sheets skills are required;
