the role:\nWe are looking for an IT Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day IT needs of our employees and ensure that access, devices, software, and IT processes are managed effectively and securely.\nResponsibilities:\nManage employee access to company systems, including setting up, changing, suspending, and removing access when needed\nHandle the IT side of employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring systems, accounts, and equipment are ready on time\nManage company software, subscriptions, licenses, and user accounts\nMaintain accurate access records and regularly review permissions\nProvide day-to-day IT support for logins, permissions, accounts, software, laptops, and other technical issues\nSupport basic IT security practices, including MFA, password requirements, admin rights, and access reviews\nManage laptops and other company equipment, including inventory, assignment, setup, repairs, and replacements\nManage email groups, shared mailboxes, distribution lists, shared folders, drives, and related permissions\nDocument key IT processes and procedures\nTrack IT requests and ensure issues are followed up and resolved in a timely manner\nIdentify IT or security risks and escalate them when needed\nSupport basic system integrations and automation\nMaintain visibility over access, licenses, IT issues, and key security risks\nRequirements:\n2-4 years of experience in IT support, IT operations, systems administration, or a similar role\nExperience working with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365\nExperience managing user access, SaaS applications, software licenses, and company devices\nGood understanding of basic IT security principles, including MFA, access controls, and permissions\nExperience supporting both technical and non-technical employees\nFluency in English and Russian required\nMust be based in and able to work from our Dubai office\nReliable, detail-oriented, proactive, and organized, with strong problem-solving
