influence organisational direction and recommend key technical investments.\n\nRequirements: \n6+ years of experience in designing and developing highly scalable backend and middle-tier systems.\nBS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or a related field from a leading institution.\nDemonstrated mastery of data structures, algorithms, and system design; experience in architecting large-scale distributed systems and leading significant engineering projects.\nDeep fluency in Java, Spring, Hibernate, J2EE, and RESTful services; expertise in at least one additional backend language/framework.\nStrong hands-on experience with both SQL (e. g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e. g., MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis) databases, including schema design, optimisation, and performance tuning for large data sets.\nSolid grasp of GenAI with the ability to apply it to real-world use cases\nExperience with Distributed Systems, Cloud Architectures, CI/CD, and DevOps principles.\nStrong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills;
