You will manage and grow relationships with publishers and advertisers, ensuring they get the most out of our platform. The role requires strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as a solid understanding of mobile advertising and the APAC digital ecosystem.\nKey Responsibilities:\nClient Relationship Management\nServe as the main point of contact for APAC clients (publishers, advertisers, agencies).\n\nDevelop and maintain long-term partnerships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.\n\nAccount Growth & Optimization\nMonitor account performance, identify growth opportunities, and proactively suggest optimizations.\n\nCollaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Tech) to deliver tailored solutions and resolve client challenges.\n\nPerformance Analysis\nTrack KPIs and campaign performance using analytics tools.\n\nPrepare regular reports and business reviews with actionable insights for clients.\n\nRegional Expertise\nStay up to date on APAC digital advertising trends, platforms, and competitors.\n\nRepresent BidMachine at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities in the region.\n\nQualifications:\nExperience: 3-5+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, or Client Services, ideally within AdTech, Programmatic, or Mobile Advertising.\n\nAPAC Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of APAC advertising dynamics and client needs.\n\nAnalytical Skills: Comfortable working with data to derive insights and drive decision-making.\n\nTechnical Knowledge: Familiarity with programmatic platforms (DSPs, SSPs, exchanges) and campaign metrics (CPM, eCPM, fill rate, CTR, ARPU).\n\nSoft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
