SUMMARY: A Vacancy exists for a Duty Manager in the BTS Security Division at the National Operations Centre based in Centurion The suitable candidate’s main responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to, the following: POSITION INFO: Monitor and oversee all security technology systems in the NOC, receive responses as prescribed; Accept and manager all risk situations as detected, identified and reported by the workstation operators; Ensure all instructions, assignments, tasks, requests and responsibilities assigned by the client is given first priority and completed on or before the due dates; Ensure all NOC workstation staff adhere to policies and procedures; Do regular workstation job description tests with the NOC personnel to ensure they are familiar with their respective post descriptions and re-train where applicable; Conduct on-site training with the NOC workstation staff on new procedures and systems; Research new methods of control room operating procedures to improve current operations; Assist client in opening of criminal cases in the event of incidents and possible investigation if required; Ensure handing and taking over is performed and documente
