Management system in accordance to Client needs\nEnsure optimum utilization of available resources in various maintenance works\nEnsure timely delivery and appropriateness of parts and spares for effective maintenance execution\nContinuously monitor and evaluate maintenance work performed by technical staff to ensure quality, cost optimization and timely execution as per SLA, work instructions and Client’s instruction\nIdentify gaps and deficiencies in services, advise and effect solutions as part of Continuous Improvement on FM services rendered\nManage back to back SLA agreements with suppliers and contractors\nMonitor service providers’ (contractors) performance and effect corrective action on any deviations to the SLA\nAssist in the management of technical projects and provide technical support, where applicable\nDemonstrate and instill effective adherence to processes on infrastructure maintenance\nExplore and recommend innovative methods, based on best practices, in order to bring about cost-effective solutions\nManage operations within allocated budget\nManage technical staff performance and facilitate improvement through regularly monitoring performance and providing required coaching, support and feedback\nManage performance & conflicts within subordinate employees & effect corrective actions, in line with company policies/procedure\nEnsure adequate staff placement i.e. prepare suitable shift-roster and manage/approve applicable leave for subordinate employees\nResponsible for training, coaching, mentoring & development of technical staff\nQUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS / KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE\n The Applicant must meet the following requirements:\nNational Diploma / Degree or B Tech in Engineering: Civil /Electrical / Mechanical or related formal qualification\nMatric (Senior Certificate)\nValid SA Driver’s License\n5yrs relevant engineering experience in maintenance engineering, CRM & Property Management\nEngineering maintenance, CRM & Property Management\nMS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Project & MS Outlook (Intermediate skill level), SAP knowledge\nOHS Act, ISO 9001 Quality
