practices, in order to bring about cost-effective solutions\nProvide monthly reports and feedback on continued compliance to the SLA\nBuilding strategic relationships both internally and externally\nManage staff performance & facilitate improvement through regularly monitoring performance & providing required coaching, support & feedback\nManage performance & conflicts within subordinate employees & effect corrective actions, in line with company policies/procedure\nEnsure adequate staff placement i.e. prepare suitable shift-roster and manage/approve applicable leave for subordinate employees\nResponsible for training, coaching, mentoring & development of subordinate employees\nImplement cleaner work schedules and evaluate and manage performance\n\nQUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS\n The Applicant must meet the following requirements:\nNQF Level 6: Diploma Property Management, Project Management, Operations Management or related formal qualification\nMatric (Senior Certificate)\nValid SA Drivers License\n3 years relevant experience in Facilities Management, CRM, Property Management & Financial Management\nFacilities Management, CRM, Property Management\nMS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Project & MS Outlook (Intermediate skill level), PRP\nKnowledge of OHS Act, ISO 9001 Quality Management\n\nFUNDAMENTAL COMPETENCIES\nInitiative/Proactivity\nDeadline Driven
