Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off, rotating 2 days and 2 nights A quick look at the role We’re looking for a hands on Shift Engineering Supervisor to lead and support a team of multi skilled technicians at our busy Materials Recovery Facility (MRF) in Edmonton. You’ll be responsible for driving plant performance, reducing downtime, prioritising engineering activity, and ensuring maintenance work is completed safely and efficiently. This is a key leadership role where you’ll lead by example, develop your team, and help deliver high engineering and operational standards across site. Prioritise planned and reactive maintenance activities to support operational requirements. Carry out fault finding, diagnostics and repairs across plant and machinery.
