The Sales Representative will provide airflow solutions to new construction influencers at all levels while also looking for ways to improve the overall client experience. This is a phone sales position with no cold calling required.\nResponsibilities:\nMaintain a strong knowledge base of all Big Ass Fans product ranges\nBe available to take inbound & outbound phone calls, emails, webchats, and other inquiries\nRespond and qualify sales leads in the contractor lead queue\nOffer a solutions-based sales approach by listening and answering the client’s questions\nPromptly record client details & conversation notes into our CRM for future reference\nCreate, review and send sales proposals to specifiers, wholesalers, and contractors\nLiaise with our OSR team should a facility specific visit be requested or required by the client\nActively follow up with open opportunities to build accurate sales pipeline\nNegotiate and close orders by collecting payment via credit card, bank remittance, purchase order, or signed quote\nPro-actively source and develop client referrals to cultivate new business\nMinimize sales errors by maintaining an exceptional level of database integrity\nRequirements:\nPrevious experience in a successful sales role\nPrevious experience working in a Call Centre environment\nExperience using a CRM (i.e. Salesforce)\nExceptional computer literacy skills\nKnowledge of basic business to business sales\nSelf-starter salesperson with a hunter mentality\nStrong organizational and time-management skills\nWhy live life Big Ass?\nBig Ass Fans Australia offers employees excellent pay, career opportunities from fast and profitable growth, and a challenging and rewarding work environment.\nWe work hard, play hard.
