research, usability testing, and gather customer feedback to validate design decisions.\nUse customer insights, product metrics, and data to continuously improve the user experience.\nAdvocate for accessibility, usability, and design quality throughout the product development lifecycle.\nContribute to product strategy by identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and business outcomes.\n\nRequirements: \n6+ years of experience designing digital products.\nStrong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking and successfully shipped products.\nDeep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design.\nExpertise in Figma and modern prototyping tools.\nExperience designing responsive web applications and multi-step user workflows.\nAbility to communicate design rationale clearly and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nStrong problem-solving skills with an iterative, user-centred design approach.\nExperience working closely with engineering teams throughout implementation.\n\nPreferred Qualifications: \nExperience working on complex digital products with diverse user needs.\nFamiliarity with design systems and component libraries.\nExperience using customer research and product analytics to guide design decisions.\nBasic understanding of front-end technologies to
