At Big-D Construction we Think Big, Work Big, Live Big.\nBig-D Construction, a National General Contractor of award-winning projects built by exceptional people, has a Project Intern opportunity located in St. Paul, MN.\nThis position is an entry level role which is part of our college internship program and is limited to only 2027-2029 school year graduates.\nThe Project Engineer Intern position will assist the Project Manager to write and track RFI's or review submittals, assist in change orders, maintain construction drawings, assist with subcontract and schedule administration, assist the Superintendent with punch list management and other needed items, etc.\nCurriculum:\nBig-D and the approved higher education providers have mutually agreed upon learning objectives based on the company’s needs and the goals of the intern.\nThe intern will participate in New Hire Orientation\nThe intern will understand Big-D’s safety program:They can correctly complete a TH!NK form related to field activities.\nThey will participate in a personal safety interaction (PSI)\n\nThe intern will be introduced to construction technology\nThey can create and RFI, Submittal, daily report and other records in Procore.\nThey can participate in a Bluebeam studio session\nThey can operate Procore\nThey can modify a schedule in P6\nThe intern will be exposed to the field and office environments;
