report discrepancies or damaged goods promptly\nPick, pack, and prepare outbound orders accurately according to packing slips and shipping requirements\nCoordinate with freight carriers, couriers, and logistics partners to schedule pickups and deliveries\n Generate and process shipping labels, bills of lading (BOL), and customs documentation as needed\n Maintain organized inventory storage using proper labeling, slotting, and rotation (FIFO)\n Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (certification required or provided)\nConduct cycle counts and participate in physical inventory audits\n Monitor and update inventory levels in the warehouse management system (WMS)\nCommunicate shipping status updates to internal stakeholders and customers\nMaintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse in compliance with OSHA standards\nLoad outbound shipments onto trucks, ensuring proper weight distribution, securing of freight, and accuracy against manifests\n Assist with special projects, returns processing, and overflow tasks as assigned\nRequirements\nRequired\nHigh school diploma or GED equivalent\n4+ years of experience in a warehouse, shipping, or logistics role\nAbility to lift and move up to 50 lbs unassisted; stand, bend, and reach for extended periods\nBasic computer proficiency (email, spreadsheets, shipping software)\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\nPreferred\nExperience with a WMS (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, ShipBob, ShipStation)\nForklift certification\nFamiliarity with domestic and international shipping regulations\nExperience with FedEx, UPS, USPS, or LTL/FTL freight carriers\nWork Environment & Schedule\nFull-time, Monday through Friday;
