This role focuses on performance monitoring, platform testing, and troubleshooting, making you the team's first line of insight into how our supply is performing.\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn day-to-day performance tracking across SSPs and PMP deals, flagging underperformance early and leading initial root-cause analysis\nSupport PMP audits by identifying stale or underperforming deals and pulling the data needed for renegotiation\nCoordinate custom PMP setup with media owner partners, translating campaign needs and targets into deal specifications\nCoordinate regular partner business reviews: pull stats, prepare decks as needed, and track follow-ups to completion\nServe as the first point of contact for partner questions and issues, escalating to senior team members as needed\nSupport site list reviews, inventory quality checks, and platform access management\nMaintain internal dashboards tracking partner and deal performance, and ensure data accuracy\nPartner with PAS, Managed Service, DIG, Tech, and other Big Happy teams to resolve issues and align on priorities\nSupport and document structured tests of SSP platforms against benchmark partners\n\nSkills, Knowledge and Expertise\n1-3 years in ad tech or programmatic (SSP, DSP, publisher, or agency side)\nWorking knowledge of PMPs, deal IDs, and supply path concepts\nStrong Excel and data analysis skills, with a keen eye for data accuracy\nClear, professional communication with external partners\nHighly organized, able to manage multiple partners and follow-ups at once\n Nice to have:\nExposure to SQL or BI tools (Looker, Quicksight, etc.)\nExperience with DOOH and/or mobile web supply\nBenefits\nFull-time position with a competitive base salary\nAccess to benefits, including Healthcare, Dental, and Vision\nUnlimited PTO - take what you need\nHSA/FSA match program\nParticipation in Big Happy’s stock program\nPaid Parental Leave\nHalf Day Fridays (except Q4)\nTeam Happy camaraderie-celebrating wins, learning from challenges, and fostering continuous career growth\nA workplace culture where you can be yourself, contribute meaningfully, and be valued for your impact\nCompensation: $75,000-$92,000 total compensation, inclusive of base pay and bonuses.
