the Job :\n\nWe are looking for a Backend / Systems Engineer with 4+ years of experience and strong hands-on expertise in C#, .NET, REST APIs, and backend development. \n\nThe ideal candidate should patterns.\n\n- Work with relational/NoSQL databases and optimize SQL queries.\n\n- Develop reliable services supporting concurrent and multi-threaded workloads.\n\n- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and integration issues.\n\n- Participate in technical design, code reviews, and architecture discussions.\n\n- Collaborate with frontend and cross-functional teams for API integration.\n\n- Write clean, testable, maintainable, and well-documented code.\n\n- Improve application performance, scalability, and reliability.\n\nMinimum Requirements :\n\n- 4+ years of professional software development experience.\n\n- Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET.\n\n- Strong experience with RESTful APIs and backend services.\n\n- Good knowledge of API design, authentication, error handling, and service communication.\n\n- Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns.\n\n- Experience with relational databases and SQL.\n\n- Understanding of multi-threading, concurrency, and asynchronous programming.\n\n- Experience with Git/version control.\n\n- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\n\n- Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.\n\nGood to Have :\n\n- Knowledge of C/C++ and C/C++-based systems.\n\n- Exposure to HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or frontend technologies.\n\n- Knowledge of industrial/IoT protocols such as Modbus, BACnet, SNMP, or MQTT.\n\n- Experience with Linux/Unix-based systems.\n\n- Exposure to Azure, AWS, or GCP.\n\n- Experience with Docker, CI/CD, and automated
