Será responsável por monitorizar execuções, assegurar SLA/KPI, gerir tickets e servir de ponte entre as áreas de negócio e de desenvolvimento, garantindo estabilidade, qualidade e melhoria contínua da operação.\nPrincipais responsabilidades:\nMonitorizar a operação diária de RPA, assegurando execuções bem sucedidas, cumprimento de SLA e reporte de KPI; atuar rapidamente perante incidentes e exceções.
