และติดตามผลการใช้งาน• เป็นตัวกลางประสานงานระหว่างฝ่ายธุรกิจและฝ่ายเทคนิค• จัดทำรายงาน สรุปความคืบหน้า และนำเสนอผู้บริหาร• ให้คำแนะนำและสนับสนุนผู้ใช้งานเกี่ยวกับการใช้งานระบบ ERP• ติดตามและวิเคราะห์ปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นจากการใช้งานระบบ พร้อมเสนอแนวทางแก้ไข• สนับสนุนการพัฒนาและปรับปรุงระบบงานให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น\nQualifications\nวุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขา IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง\n\nมีประสบการณ์ Business Analyst / ERP / System Analyst อย่างน้อย 1-2 ปี\n\nมีความรู้หรือประสบการณ์ ERP Module อย่างใดอย่างหนึ่ง เช่น Finance / Accounting Sales & Distribution Procurement / Inventory Manufacturing Human Resource (HR)\n\nเข้าใจ Business Process ภายในองค์กร\n\nสามารถเขียนเอกสาร Requirement และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงระบบได้\n\nมีทักษะด้านการสื่อสาร การประสานงาน และการนำเสนอ\n\nมีความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์ปัญหาและหาแนวทางแก้ไขอย่างเป็นระบบ\n\nสามารถทำงานร่วมกับหลายหน่วยงานได้เป็นอย่างดี\n\nหากมีประสบการณ์ ERP เช่น SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ\n\nทักษะเพิ่มเติม (Nice to Have) • ใช้เครื่องมือวิเคราะห์งาน เช่น BPMN, UML, Flow Diagram • มีประสบการณ์การทำงานแบบ Agile / Waterfall • เข้าใจ SQL หรือพื้นฐาน Database • มีประสบการณ์ ERP Implementation หรือ ERP Rollout • มีความรู้ด้าน Data Migration และ Data Validation • มีประสบการณ์ในการจัดอบรมผู้ใช้งาน (User Training) • มีทักษะด้านการบริหารโครงการ (Project
