We're looking for a System Analyst who enjoys turning complex business needs into scalable technical solutions that engineering teams can build with confidence.\n\nAs a System Analyst, you'll work at the intersection of business and technology, helping product teams, engineers and stakeholders turn ideas into scalable, secure and customer-focused banking solutions.\n\nYour work will influence products that thousands of customers use every day.\n\nHow do you create value?\n\nDiscover and analyse business needs together with stakeholders.\n\nTranslate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.\n\nDesign scalable system solutions and integration approaches together with Software Engineers and Architects.\n\nAnalyse existing systems, identify improvement opportunities and help shape future solution designs.\n\nEnsure seamless integrations and data flows between applications and services.\n\nSupport solution design and delivery throughout the software development lifecycle.\n\nCollaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Architects and business teams to deliver valuable solutions.\n\nParticipate in testing, validation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).\n\nMaintain high-quality system documentation and process descriptions.\n\nHelp ensure that solutions meet security, compliance and regulatory requirements.\n\nRequirements\nYou are a true expert in the team when\n\nYou have at least 3 years of experience as a System Analyst, Business Analyst or in a similar technical analysis role.\n\nYou enjoy analysing complex business challenges and turning them into clear technical solutions.\n\nYou have experience gathering and analysing business and system requirements.\n\nYou enjoy translating business needs into technical solutions that engineering teams can build with confidence.\n\nYou enjoy working closely with Software Engineers and collaborating across technical and business teams.\n\nYou have a good understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).\n\nYou have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and know how to balance the bigger picture with attention to detail.\n\nYou communicate confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nYou are fluent in English.\n\nYou stand out if you have\n\nExperience in banking, fintech or other regulated industries.\n\nExperience with BPMN or other process modelling techniques.\n\nExperience working with Jira and Confluence in Agile development environments.\n\nUnderstanding of APIs, integrations and distributed systems.\n\nKnowledge of SQL and databases.\n\nExperience working in Agile teams.\n\nCompany offers\nWhy you'll enjoy working here\nBuild products that matter\n\nYour work helps shape banking services used by hundreds of thousands of customers.\n\nModern engineering culture\n\nWork with modern technologies, cross-functional teams and products built for the future -
