Product Design Manager

Responsibilities:

• Drive strategic design decisions across multiple product streams.
• Lead, mentor and inspire a multi-disciplinary product design team.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define product vision, roadmap, and execution.
• Collaborate with visual designers and motion designers to create aesthetically beautiful and delightful interfaces.
• Translate insights, research, and business needs into intuitive product experiences.
• Set and maintain a high bar for design craft, usability, and accessibility.
• Build predictable processes for reviews, feedback, collaboration, and delivery.
• Oversee end-to-end design from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Partner closely with UX Research, Content Design, and Design System teams.
• Ensure alignment with brand and platform guidelines across experiences.
• Advocate for users in key decision-making spaces and represent design leadership.
• Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and performance development of designers.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in product/UX design with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating shipped products across platforms (web, Android/iOS).
• Experience managing and growing design teams.
• Strong storytelling and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to simplify complex data and workflows into elegant experiences.
• Expertise working with design systems and scalable patterns.
• Solid understanding of research methods and analytics-based decision-making.
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Experience in e-commerce / marketplace / B2C.
• Familiarity with motion, illustration, and tools like Rive, Lottie, etc.
• Being designed with an AI workflow is a plus.
