Android/iOS).\nExperience managing and growing design teams.\nStrong storytelling and cross-functional collaboration skills.\nAbility to simplify complex data and workflows into elegant experiences.\nExpertise working with design systems and scalable patterns.\nSolid understanding of research methods and analytics-based decision-making.\nComfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.\nExperience in e-commerce / marketplace / B2C.\nFamiliarity with motion, illustration, and tools like Rive, Lottie, etc.\nBeing designed with an AI workflow is a
