You will collaborate with designers, senior team members, government stakeholders, analysts, and leadership to transform ideas and requirements into compelling, mission-aligned visual solutions.\nWhat you will do\nCreate high-quality graphic design products for print, digital, presentation, and multimedia applications.\nDevelop FINTEL products, logos, publications, presentations, visual communications, and other mission-support materials.\nApply design principles including typography, hierarchy, composition, color, and visual balance to produce clear and engaging content.\nEnsure products align with organizational branding, messaging, and visual standards.\nDesign and develop materials in accordance with Section 508 accessibility requirements.\nSupport the development of multimedia and potentially video products.\nFacilitate client-facing discussions to understand requirements, interpret workforce messaging, and translate complex ideas into effective visual concepts.\nDisplay data and analytical concepts in ways that are clear, accurate, and visually compelling.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, develop concepts, and deliver effective design solutions.\nManage multiple assignments while maintaining accuracy, quality, and schedule commitments.\nParticipate in design reviews and incorporate feedback from senior designers, clients, and stakeholders.\nWork collaboratively with a team of designers and cross-functional professionals in a dynamic mission environment.\nApply sound judgment, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail with minimal supervision.\nWhat you should have\nAt least 3 years of experience in graphic design across print, digital, and multimedia products.\nExperience designing and developing products that comply with Section 508 accessibility standards.\nProficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including:\nInDesign\nPhotoshop\nIllustrator\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Word.\nExperience facilitating client-facing discussions and translating requirements into effective visual products.\nExperience presenting data, workforce messaging, or analytical concepts visually.\nA portfolio demonstrating a broad range of design work and creative solutions to complex communication challenges.\nAbility to collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver outcomes aligned with mission-focused objectives.\nActive TS/SCI clearance and willingness to undergo a polygraph examination.\nBachelor’s degree and at least 8 years of experience relevant to the labor category, with a portion of that experience completed within the last 2 years.\nWhat we'd like you to have\nExperience supporting intelligence analysts, senior leaders, or executive-level staff with tailored graphic design solutions.\nExperience with additional design and multimedia tools, such as:\nAdobe Premiere Pro\nAdobe XD\nMAPublisher\nExperience supporting government or defense-sector clients.\nKnowledge of Department of Defense or Intelligence Community processes, standards, and requirements.\nExperience establishing expectations, defining project timelines, and delivering high-quality products with minimal oversight.\nAbility to work effectively across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong communication, organization, and client-service skills.\nSecurity Requirement\nApplicants selected for this position will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
