The ideal candidate should be able to understand business requirements, translate them into NetSuite solutions, and work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and clients to ensure successful implementation and optimization.\nKey Responsibilities\nGather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and clients.\nTranslate business requirements into functional solutions within NetSuite ERP.\nConfigure and customize NetSuite based on business and process requirements.\nWork across key NetSuite modules including Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Inventory, CRM, and Financials.\nConduct business process analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.\nConfigure forms, fields, workflows, roles, permissions, dashboards, and transaction processes.\nPrepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), process flows, and functional specifications.\nWork closely with technical teams to explain functional requirements and validate technical solutions.\nSupport NetSuite implementation, configuration, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live activities.\nDevelop and execute test scenarios, test cases, and support SIT/UAT.\nIdentify, analyze, and resolve functional issues and provide appropriate solutions.\nSupport data migration, data validation, CSV imports, and reconciliation activities.\nConfigure and optimize Saved Searches, reports, dashboards, KPIs, and SuiteAnalytics based on business requirements.\nProvide user training, prepare training materials, and conduct knowledge-transfer sessions.\nManage stakeholder communication and provide regular updates on project progress and issues.\nProvide ongoing functional support and participate in NetSuite enhancements and release updates.\nCoordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of NetSuite with third-party applications.\nRequired Skills\n4+ years of hands-on experience as a NetSuite Functional Consultant.\nStrong understanding of NetSuite ERP configuration and implementation.\nGood knowledge of O2C, P2P, Inventory, CRM, and Financial processes.\nStrong experience in requirements gathering, business process mapping, and solution design.\nHands-on experience with NetSuite workflows, forms, fields, roles, permissions, and transaction configurations.\nExperience with Saved Searches, Reports, Dashboards, KPIs, and SuiteAnalytics.\nExperience in UAT, SIT, testing, defect management, and post-go-live support.\nGood understanding of data migration and CSV imports.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nAbility to work effectively with business users, clients, functional teams, and technical teams.\nGood to Have\nExperience in end-to-end NetSuite implementation projects.\nExposure to SuiteScript, REST APIs, SuiteTalk, or third-party integrations.\nExperience with eCommerce integrations such as Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce, or similar platforms.\nKnowledge of NetSuite OneWorld, multi-subsidiary, multi-currency, and taxation.\nNetSuite certification will be an added advantage.\nExperience working in client-facing consulting environments.\nEducational Qualification\nBachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.\nIdeal Candidate\nThe ideal candidate should have a strong combination of NetSuite functional expertise and business process knowledge, with the ability to independently handle requirements gathering, configuration, testing, implementation, and user support.
