This role is pivotal in ensuring our customers achieve measurable outcomes through the adoption of BigPanda’s suite of AI solutions: AI Detection and Response, AI Incident Assistant, and AI Incident Prevention.\nTechnical Project Managers lead implementations that unify traditionally siloed IT functions across Observability, Event Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Site Reliability Engineering, and Operations. As a trusted consultant, you will lead complex multi-product programs across our enterprise customers, shape customer decisions, define and track measurable business value, and be a clear communicator across English and German-speaking customers.\nFocus Areas\nLead multiple customer implementations from kickoff through go-live, ensuring projects deliver business value and technical alignment.\nAct as a trusted consultant and senior advisor to executive stakeholders, shaping operating-model decisions and securing executive sponsorship for change\nManage large, complex programs that span multiple BigPanda products (multi-SKU deployments) and multiple customer business units\nDefine, deliver, and track measurable customer value (business outcomes, ROI, value-realization plans) across the lifetime of the account\nPartner with the Solutions Architect and the Solutions Engineer to ensure that the BigPanda solution is able to meet our client's business goals in addition to their technical requirements\nChampion customer success stories and outcomes that validate BigPanda’s business value.\nDevelop and maintain technical and product proficiency in the BigPanda product, including its AI capabilities (AI Detection and Response, AI Incident Assistant, AI Incident Prevention)\nMinimum qualifications\n5+ years project management experience with enterprise IT Projects or SaaS Implementations\nFluent German (written and spoken), at CEFR C1 level or above\nExtensive ownership experience of project timelines, deliverables, budget, and resources, including risk identification and mitigation\nExperience building relationships with and communicating complex project status to senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives and technical leads\nAbility to travel up to 10% for key project milestones\nPreferred qualifications\nExperience in AIOps or ITOps\nExperience with monitoring, observability, or ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Splunk, Datadog, or Dynatrace\nOur Benefits\nRemote-first environment\nGenerous annual leave where you accrue roughly 25 days per calendar year plus UK bank holidays\nComprehensive health benefits where BigPanda covers your premiums for private medical insurance\nUK Pension Scheme through NEST\n#PandaParent support with fully paid leave options\nFamily Planning/Fertility Benefit\nFinancial planning services\nEmployee learning & development budget\nValues-based recognition (Quarterly and Annually)\nSocial community & ERG programs\nFlexible work environment along with a work-from-home stipend to support remote work arrangements\nPlease note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position.\nBigPanda offers a generous total rewards package that includes base pay, bonus, equity, and a world-class benefits program.
