This role is pivotal in ensuring our customers achieve measurable outcomes through the adoption of BigPanda’s suite of AI solutions: AI Detection and Response, AI Incident Assistant, and AI Incident Prevention.\nVDMs lead implementations that unify traditionally siloed IT functions across Observability, Event Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Site Reliability Engineering, and Operations. As a trusted consultant, you will lead complex multi-product programs across our enterprise customers, shape customer decisions, define and track measurable business value, and be a clear communicator across English and German-speaking customers.\nResponsibilities:\nLead multiple customer implementations from kickoff through go-live, ensuring projects deliver business value and technical alignment.\nAct as a trusted consultant and senior advisor to executive stakeholders, shaping operating-model decisions and securing executive sponsorship for change\nManage large, complex programs that span multiple BigPanda products (multi-SKU deployments) and multiple customer business units\nDefine, deliver, and track measurable customer value (business outcomes, ROI, value-realization plans) across the lifetime of the account\nPartner with the Solutions Architect and the Solutions Engineer to ensure that the BigPanda solution is able to meet our client's business goals in addition to their technical requirements\nMaintain clear and consistent communication with customers and internal stakeholders on project status, risks, and outcomes.\nPartner with the enterprise sales team to ensure seamless Sales Services transitions and maintain alignment on critical value delivery work streams.\nChampion customer success stories and outcomes that validate BigPanda’s business value.\nDevelop and maintain technical and product proficiency in the BigPanda product, including its AI capabilities (AI Detection and Response, AI Incident Assistant, AI Incident Prevention)\nActively contribute to BigPanda’s best practices framework and support continuous improvement of our delivery methodology.\nRequirements:\n6+ years of project management experience with enterprise IT projects or SaaS implementations\nExperience in AIOps or ITOps\nExperience with digital transformation projects and implementing operational improvements alongside technical solutions\nDemonstrated responsibility for timelines, deliverables, budget, and resources\nDetail-oriented, energetic, efficient individual with a “get it done” attitude\nCapable of building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse set of internal and external constituencies, including senior-level executives and technical leads\nExperience developing risk identification and mitigation plans\nExperience developing and delivering value-oriented roadmaps \nExcellent communication skills; able to articulate complex projects statuses to multiple stakeholders including C-Suite executives.\nAbility to travel up to 10% for key project milestones\nNice to have:\nNative or near-native proficiency in French or German.\nAbout Us:\nBigPanda delivers agentic automation for IT operations.
