This role is suitable for an HR professional ready to move beyond HR execution into team leadership, management advisory, workforce planning and HR improvement.\n\nWhat You'll Be Doing\n\nLead day-to-day HR operations and HR priorities.\n\nPartner with management on manpower and workforce planning.\n\nOversee recruitment, selection and onboarding.\n\nDrive training, employee development and succession planning.\n\nLead the performance management process and follow up on performance issues.\n\nManage employee relations, grievances and disciplinary cases.\n\nOversee compensation, benefits, HRIS, attendance and HR records.\n\nEnsure compliance with Malaysian employment laws and company policies.\n\nAnalyse HR data and provide insights and recommendations to management.\n\nLead employee engagement and retention initiatives.\n\nImprove HR policies, processes, systems and workflows.\n\nAdvise management on HR and people-related matters.\n\nRequirements\nWhat We're Looking For\n\nBachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.\n\nMinimum 5 years of progressive HR experience.\n\nBroad hands-on exposure across multiple HR functions.\n\nGood knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR practices.\n\nExperience handling employee relations and disciplinary matters.\n\nExperience supervising team members or leading HR projects/functions.\n\nStrong communication, leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nAble to work independently in a fast-paced and lean environment.\n\nHRIS experience.\n\nWhy Join
