8 years of experience to lead the strategy and execution of AI/ML-driven, data-centric products.\n\nThis role requires strong product ownership, deep customer understanding, and the ability to align cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Lead deep discovery to understand user pain points, behaviors, and workflows; define user personas and end-to-end customer journeys.\n\n- Own product strategy and roadmap, translating business objectives into clear epics, features, and well-defined user stories.\n\n- Define, track, and analyze product success metrics and KPIs aligned with business and customer outcomes.\n\n- Author high-quality PRDs, clearly outlining problem statements, scope, dependencies, and success criteria.\n\n- Drive end-to-end product execution - from ideation and validation to launch, iteration, and scale.\n\n- Manage and prioritize the product backlog; lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives in Agile environments.\n\n- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and trade-offs; make data-informed decisions to keep delivery on track.\n\n- Communicate product vision, roadmap updates, and key decisions to leadership and senior stakeholders.\n\nQualifications :\n\n- 6 -
