Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle.\n\n- Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code using Ruby on Rails.\n\n- Manage framework upgrades, dependencies, and overall application health.\n\n- Work with databases and storage systems, particularly PostgreSQL, Snowflake, and Amazon S3.\n\n- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and application issues.\n\n- Maintain high standards of code quality, organization, and automation.\n\n- Develop and maintain unit, integration, and regression test cases.\n\n- Ensure delivered features meet business requirements and technical specifications.\n\n- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.\n\n- Collaborate effectively with distributed teams using tools such as Slack, Zoom, and JIRA.\n\nRequired Skills :\n\n- Strong experience with Ruby on Rails and idiomatic Ruby development.\n\n- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and RESTful APIs.\n\n- Strong knowledge of relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL.\n\n- Experience with background job processing tools such as Sidekiq.\n\n- Hands-on experience with RSpec for backend testing.\n\n- Familiarity with Bundler, Rake, Git, and dependency management.\n\n- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions.\n\n- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software systems.\n\n- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.\n\n- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.\n\nTools & Technologies :\n\n- Ruby, Ruby on
