# Sr. Database Administrator

BIICS, Inc is looking to fill a Database Administrator position. The position is located in Tallahassee, Florida. The incumbent must live in Florida and be able to present on-site if needed. Staff are required to be off the week of Christmas and New Year unless services are required with prior approval from division leadership.Responsibilities: Managing and maintaining all production and non-production databases related to the Enhanced Field System (EFS) modernization project. Managing and maintaining the (EFS) migration process. Maintaining and updating the DEL website Parent Portal as necessary. Actively participate in meetings or other project activities to produce project deliverables. Producing monthly status reports that outline accomplishments and planned activities for the following month. Understanding the project requirements and project goals and using that understanding to produce project deliverables. Communicating project progress and information to key stakeholders. Assisting in the preparation of information for program leadership team, executive steering committee, and project management as appropriate.
