The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, strategic sourcing, and contract negotiations.\nThe candidate must have hands-on experience in sourcing service-related categories such as accommodation, transportation, manpower, equipment rental, logistics, and subcontracting services, along with technical procurement experience involving pipes, fittings, instrumentation, and electrical equipment.\nKey Responsibilities: Procurement & Sourcing\nManage end-to-end procurement activities in compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures.\nSource and procure materials including pipes, fittings, valves, flanges, structural steel, instrumentation, electrical equipment, and construction materials.\nIssue RFQs, evaluate quotations, prepare commercial bid evaluations, and make sourcing recommendations.\nNegotiate prices, commercial terms, payment conditions, lead times, and contractual requirements with suppliers.\nCreate and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and Service Orders.\nEnsure timely delivery of materials and services to support operational and project requirements.\nSource and manage suppliers for accommodation, transportation, logistics, equipment rentals, manpower supply, subcontracting, and other support services.\nIdentify suitable hotels, labor camps, apartments, and staff accommodation facilities according to project requirements.\nCoordinate accommodation bookings and rental agreements while ensuring cost optimization.\nMaintain strong relationships with accommodation providers and real estate leasing companies.\nManage transportation requirements including staff transportation, bus services, vehicle rentals, and logistics solutions.\nDevelop and maintain a network of reliable transportation and logistics service providers across the UAE.\nEnsure availability of transportation services to support project mobilization and operational needs.\nSupplier & Contract Management\nIdentify, evaluate, and qualify new suppliers and service providers.\nConduct supplier performance evaluations and maintain approved vendor databases.\nSupport contract negotiations and framework agreements.\nResolve supplier-related issues concerning quality, delivery, and commercial disputes.\nMonitor supplier compliance with contractual obligations and agreed service levels.\nCost Optimization & Market Intelligence\nIdentify opportunities for cost savings and value improvement.\nConduct market research, price benchmarking, and supplier analysis.\nMonitor market trends for materials, services, accommodation, transportation, and labor costs.\nSupport procurement initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and reducing total cost of ownership.\nStakeholder Management\nCoordinate closely with Engineering, Operations, Projects, HR, Finance, Logistics, and Warehouse teams.\nSupport project procurement planning and ensure alignment with business requirements.\nProvide timely procurement updates and reports to management.\nMaintain accurate procurement records and ensure audit readiness.\nQualifications\nBachelor's Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline.\nMinimum 3-4 years of procurement experience within the UAE.\nExperience in Oil & Gas, EPC, Construction, Industrial Services, or Facilities Management sectors.\nProven experience in procurement of both services and technical materials.\nTechnical Knowledge\nThe candidate should possess strong knowledge of:\nProcurement and purchasing procedures.\nStrategic sourcing and supplier relationship management.\nPipes, fittings, valves, flanges, and construction materials.\nInstrumentation and electrical equipment procurement.\nAccommodation and facilities sourcing.\nTransportation and logistics procurement.\nRental and leasing services.\nManpower services and subcontracting.\nVendor evaluation and performance management.\nERP systems (SAP experience preferred).\nMicrosoft Office applications, particularly Excel.\nSkills & Competencies\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nStrong negotiation and commercial acumen.\nProactive and self-motivated approach to work.\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nGood fast-paced environment.\nHigh level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.\nMandatory Requirements\nMinimum 4-5 years of procurement experience in the UAE market.\n Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).\nWillingness to travel across the UAE for supplier visits, accommodation inspections, transportation provider evaluations, vendor audits, and project site coordination.\nStrong network of suppliers and service providers within the UAE market will be an added advantage.\nPreferred Candidate Profile\nExperience in Oil & Gas, EPC, Construction, Industrial Services, or Facilities Management industries.\nStrong understanding of both service procurement and technical material procurement.\nEstablished supplier network for accommodation, transportation, manpower,
