They will support daily site activities, and to help manage interfaces with NNB and other Tier 1 Contractors, and drive progress against schedule, cost, and quality. The role requires strong leadership, disciplined planning, and the ability to proactively resolve issues/concerns etc. in a complex, highly regulated environment. This position is based on site Monday to Friday 40 hours a week\nSupport the Project Manager in delivering the project to agreed scope, schedule, cost, and quality.\n\nAssist with planning, scheduling, and coordination of project work packages.\n\nMonitor progress against the baseline programme, cost, and quality targets, and report variances.\n\nPrepare and maintain project documentation including RAMS, reports, procedures, and commercial correspondence where required.\n\nCoordinate with off-site teams and subcontractors to ensure timely provision of materials, equipment, and resources.\n\nSupport with construction readiness, including materials, equipment, access, permits, and prerequisites.\n\nSupport with the leading of key meetings with both offsite and on-site project teams to facilitate conversations within the project teams to align and drive key deliverables.\n\nSupport delivery of engineering, fabrication, and installation activities on site in line with project requirements.\n\nPromote and ensure compliance with all HSE and CDM requirements to support safe project delivery.\n\nSupport the day-to-day delivery of assigned work packages across multiple areas of site.\n\nSupport coordination with subcontractors in line with project scope and monitor performance against time, cost, and quality.\n\nSupport the management of key suppliers.\n\nMaintain ownership of project progress reporting, including percentage complete, actuals, and approved changes.\n\nSupport the implementation and maintaince of effective project controls for risk management and change control, including maintaining meeting minutes and action tracking.\n\nEnsure company and project quality management systems are applied effectively, raising concerns where omissions or non-conformances are identified.\n\nUndertake any other reasonable duties as directed by the Project Manager.\n\nComplete all required SQEP development in line with site licence conditions.\n\nAct in succession or deputise when required.\n\nIf you wish to speak to a member of the recruitment team, please contact 01224 246246.\n","description_format":"text","description_chars":3427,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":null,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":{"level":"bachelor","optional":false},"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Process Manufacturing","Maintenance, Repair & Operations (MRO)","Engineering Services"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-10-16T19:31:13Z"}],"visa":[{"country":"GB","licensed_sponsor":true,"evidence":"Licensed UK visa sponsor (Graduate Trainee, Service Supplier, Senior or Specialist Worker)","filings_12m":null,"filings_prev_12m":null,"green_card_filings_12m":null,"median_offered_wage_usd":null,"route":"Global Business Mobility: Graduate Trainee;
