Join us and be part of a team shaping the future!\nBilfinger UK are looking for an SIPs Coordinator to join us on the Puma Project in Hull\nStart date asap\nDuration until 31st Dec 27\nNAECI rates applicable\nNAECI accommodation rates apply\n45 hours Mon - Friday with occasional weekend working\nRole requirements:\nIdentify any planned work requiring SIPs activities are identified in good time\nCollaborate with project / construction managers, engineers, and site supervision to plan and schedule the SIPs activities in time to allow the works to be executed as planned\nCollaborate with the Temporary Works Coordinator to identify any requirements\nLiaise with the Temporary Works Coordinator to ensure designs are suitable and sufficient and fit for use\nEnsure all SIPs activities comply with relevant standards, regulations and project specifications\nIdentify potential risks and issues associated with SIPs activities, and proactively address them to avoid delays or safety concerns\nCommunicate with other departments to ensure all stakeholders are aligned on project timelines, scope, and deliverables\nEnsure that the Planners / Completions Engineer / Superintendents are kept informed of progress and any issues as appropriate\nEnsure all relevant documentation is kept up to date\nAttend Daily Coordination meetings and any other meetings as required\nSubmit regular progress reports to the Project Director / Construction Manager\nGood communication skills required\nGood interpersonal skills required as part of a large project team\nSuitable IT skills - MS Office, Navis Works 2024\nSelf motivated to achieve client deadlines\nFor additional information please contact Anna Ferguson by email .\nBilfinger is an equal opportunity employer.
