The Technical Administrator will be required to support the team in all aspects of project administration.\nMain Responsibilities\nCollaborate with the project team to ensure training plans are produced and delivered Management of training to include;\nPCN renewals\nInitial PCN Qualifications\nEnsure surveillances are completed and managed\nMaintain certification records\nEnsure travel & accommodation is arranged for training courses\nMaintain training certification in company onboard tracker system\nArrange site specific training requirements\nCarry out checks in accordance with the Bilfinger Quality Management System to ensure competency and qualifications are maintained as follows;\nQuarterly completion of qualification checklists\nReview and update competency records\nEnsure first trip assessments are completed for new starts\nEnsure annual appraisals / supervisor assessments are completed in the allotted timeframe\nExperience and Qualifications\nExperience in similar role\nStrong interpersonal skills\nHands-on, Problem solver\nExcellent written and oral communication skills\nExcellent organisational skills\nAbility to work under pressure and to deadlines without compromising quality of outputs\nComputer literate - all MS Office Software\nProfessional, approachable, pro-active and organised\nHigh level of personal authenticity, confidentiality, integrity and transparency\nWorks effectively in team environment\nIf you have any questions please contact Sairah Gibson ().\nBilfinger is an equal opportunity employer.
