可配合组内商标、专利等其他知识产权工作专项协同合作。\n工作要求:\n1. 本科及以上，法学、知识产权相关专业，持有法律职业资格证优先; 5年以上工作经验，有互联网/视频平台版权维权相关经验优先。\n2. 有主诉实操经验，独立跟进过批量或单案版权诉讼，熟悉完整办案链路，能够独立组织权属证据、侵权比对、撰写诉讼文书，有出庭、调解、和解跟进经验。\n3. 熟悉UGC/长短视频平台版权场景，理解避风港规则、二创合理使用争议，有视频平台维权经验优先。\n4. 了解DMCA规则，有海外平台版权投诉、和外所协同办案经验优先;
