As a Call Center Agent, you’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, and provide tailored solutions. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a team environment, and is committed to delivering exceptional service.
Compensation: $17.60 per hour (approx. $36,000 per year)
What You'll Do:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, and concerns via phone, email, and chat.
- Listen attentively to customer needs and provide accurate and timely information, solutions, and assistance.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor as needed.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all customer interactions, striving to exceed customer expectations.
- Update customer accounts and records with relevant information and notes.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Position Requirements:
- Ability to work full-time (40-hours per week) year round
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
- No extended time off or vacation within the first 6 months of employment
Education & Experience:
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or similar environment.
- High school diploma (or equivalent) is required
- Bachelors or Diploma in a related field is preferred but not required
Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and patient under pressure.
- Comfortable using computer systems and customer management software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Empathetic and customer-focused attitude.
