These efforts allow team members to effectively execute their responsibilities and make informed decisions for the betterment of the company and our customersWhat You'll Do:\nThe Reporting Analyst supports a portfolio of tools and reports that are needed to generate business insights and actions across business functions. This role works to execute timely and accurate reporting while partnering closely with end users to improve and maintain the relevancy of information provided. These efforts allow team members to effectively execute their responsibilities and make informed decisions for the betterment of the company and our customers\nDesign business analysis and data recording systems for use throughout the department\nMaintain databases and perform updates as necessary to ensure accuracy\nRegularly examine data reports to locate and resolve mistakes throughout\nAccurately analyze and collect data for various types of business reports\nCreate business reports that provide insight into key data points\nCommunicate the results of data analysis in written and verbal form to managers\nSupport various departments, including marketing and sales, in reaching their goals through analysis\nMonitor data to identify changes in financial and business trends\nUnderstand customer requirements and analyze data to quantify the value proposition to our customers, as required\nPresent results in a clear and concise manner for both internal and external presentations\nDevelop analytical tools and dashboards that allows our teams to efficiently report on datasets\nSupport and manage our platforms as administrator, create dashboards and custom reporting or data fields.\nCreate reports and develop tools and processes to automate reports.\nAnalyze large amounts of data\nUse Structured Query Language (SQL) and other coding languages to extract data.\nAlign reports to business objectives and key performance indicators.\nCollaborate with other business areas and leaders to identify reporting needs.\nAccess existing databases and creating processes for storage of new data.\nChampion company core values and other company programs\nOther duties as assigned\nEducation\nCompleted Post-Secondary education in a related field\nExperience\nAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables, graphs and charts\nPrevious experience with analytical platforms, data aggregation, and analysis tools, in various disciplines (operational/financial/human capital/consumer/marketing)\nExperience working on reporting and visualization tools such as PowerBI\nStrong analytical / critical thinking and problem solving skills\nWorking knowledge of Python, SQL, VBA would be an asset\nAnalytical skills that allow for the development of data-driven reports\nDemonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize projects to meet deadlines\nOne to three years of experience as a financial or business analyst, preferred\nExperience in SAP, object-oriented programming and other data analysis programs would be an asset\nStrong written and verbal communication skills to effectively relate data to coworkers\nExcellent critical thinking skills to help solve business problems and make decisions\nTendency to pay close attention to small details that could impact results\nGeneral knowledge of business operations, objectives, strategies, process and information flow\nCertificates, Licenses, & Registration:\nThere are no personal certification, licensing, or registration requirements for this job, however Excel and/or PowerBI Certifications would be an asset.\nReports to: Data Analyst\nWhy Join Us?\nGrowth Opportunities: We believe in promoting from within and providing opportunities for career advancement.\n\nComprehensive Training: We offer extensive paid training to ensure you’re equipped for success.\n\nTeam-Oriented Culture: Work in a collaborative, supportive environment with peers who are passionate about what they do.\n\nDiversity & Inclusion: We celebrate the unique perspectives and contributions of all our employees.\n\nFun Workplace: Join a vibrant team that knows how to have fun!
