We’re looking for enthusiastic, driven individuals to join our dynamic work environment where fun meets results!\nThe Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be responsible for generating qualified meetings and opportunities that feed the new logo pipeline at Bill Gosling Outsourcing. They will research target accounts, engage buyers through calls, email and social outreach, and hand off sales-ready prospects to Account Executives and Sales Leadership. This role requires curiosity, persistence, and clear communication, along with the ability to translate a BPO and technology value proposition into a compelling reason to meet.What You'll Do:\nGenerate new pipeline by prospecting target accounts through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn and other channels.\nQualify inbound leads and marketing-generated interest, and book introductory meetings for Sales.\nResearch accounts and contacts to personalize outreach, using an understanding of Bill Gosling Outsourcing’s seam in the market.\nBuild and maintain a key prospect database and keep CRM records accurate and current.\nFollow documented outreach cadences and contribute to testing new messaging, sequences and targeting.\nCommunicate Bill Gosling Outsourcing’s value across customer care, sales and financial services, including its global footprint with near-shore, offshore, and domestic based opportunities.\nBuild a working understanding of current and emerging technology as it relates to a call center BPO, including AI / Machine Learning capabilities.\nPartner with Sales and Marketing to align on target segments, campaigns and handoffs.\nShare feedback from the market with Sales and Marketing leadership on objections, competitors and messaging.\nRepresent the company at domestic and international tradeshows and events as needed.\nMeet or exceed monthly activity, meeting and qualified opportunity targets.\nDeal with prospects and clients in a professional and appropriate manner, in accordance with Bill Gosling’s Promise of Performance, “The Gosling Theory” and all Company Policies.\nChampion company core values and other company programs.\nOther duties as assigned.\nWhy Join Us?\nGrowth Opportunities: We believe in promoting from within and providing opportunities for career advancement.\n\nComprehensive Training: We offer extensive paid training to ensure you’re equipped for success.\n\nTeam-Oriented Culture: Work in a collaborative, supportive environment with peers who are passionate about what they do.\n\nDiversity & Inclusion: We celebrate the unique perspectives and contributions of all our employees.\n\nFun Workplace: Join a vibrant team that knows how to have fun!
