We’d love to hear from you-you might be just what we’re looking for, whether in this role or another.\nLet’s give businesses more time for what matters.\nMake your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company\n Join BILL as a Product Manager and help improve how small and midsize businesses sign up for, get started with, and gain value from the BILL platform. As an integral member of the Onboarding team, you will own features within the onboarding experience, working with a squad of engineers and designers and with guidance from senior product leaders.\nYou will use product analytics and customer feedback to improve activation, conversion, and early retention in the first 90 days. Partnering with Design, Engineering, Analytics, Marketing, and Customer Success, you will deliver onboarding features that help small and midsize businesses manage payments and financial operations with confidence.\nResponsibilities:\n\nOwn features within AP onboarding, working independently with your squad to develop, launch, and maintain them.\nDraft goals and success metrics for your features, and share regular status updates on progress and risks with stakeholders.\nWrite product requirements and drive scrum activities with Engineering, including scoping, dependency tracking, and delivery of medium-sized features.\nPartner with UX/UI designers and researchers to shape intuitive onboarding experiences.\nWork with Analytics and product leaders to set metric goals, form data-driven hypotheses, and justify prioritization.\nCollaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success on launches and go-to-market readiness.\nContribute to the team roadmap, aligned with broader AP, AR, and accountant experience goals.\nAdvocate for customer needs throughout the product development process.\nWe'd love to chat if you have:\n\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\n1 to 2 years of product management experience.\nExperience owning a feature and working with an engineering and design squad to ship it.\nExperience using data and customer feedback to make product decisions.\nClear communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across design, engineering, and go-to-market teams.\nDesired Qualifications: \n\nExperience with B2B products.\nExperience in the financial technology (FinTech) industry.\nExposure to onboarding, activation, or growth funnels.\nVisa Sponsorship: Please note that this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
